Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm-Up: Agility Ladder

Have the kids line up behind the ladder. When the person in front of them is about half-way through, have the next kid go. Work on the following sequences for about 10 minutes and do each sequence 2-3 times.

-Jump in each box

-Alternate feet in each box

-In and out each box.

Then jog for 2 minutes.

Game: AB Mat Freeze

On your go signal, kids perform a movement of coaches choosing (walk, squat, lunge etc.) When “Freeze” is called out, the kids will balance the ab mat on their head in the position they stopped in until you give the next movement to perform.
