Starts june 12th
When done properly with correct form, kids lifting weights and doing strength training has proven to be beneficial for them while they are in sports and growing. So we decided to do our first ever Kids Strength and Conditioning Summer Camp!
Starts June 12th for 8 weeks and we will have 2 classes a week which are Monday and Wednesday at 10:45am. We will go over proper lifting form and other accessory work along with cardio conditioning and make it fun! Spots are limited so make sure you get your kiddos signed up!
