bear crawl down

alt. cross kicks back

alt. groin stretch down

runners stretch squat stand up back

then

3 SLOW rounds:

20 push-ups

20 ab mat sit-ups

1 burpee

1 hang power snatch 95/63

2 burpee

2 hang power snatch

3 burpee

3 hang power snatch
