Barbell “Stretches”

5 Good Mornings

5 Back Squats

5 Elbow Rotations

5 Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Presses

5 Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlifts

5 Overhead Squats

MOBILITY:

Overhead Stretch on Wall: 1 Minute

Barbell Ankle Stretch: 1 Minute

Hang Snatch (1 rep E2MOM x 6 sets )

The goal is to squat each rep. If shoulders/hips limit safe positions, “power” is acceptable. We will still focus on pulling under the bar with good footwork.
