Workout Flow
Partner 1 will start and the rower
Partner 2 will start on the shuttles
Partner 1 will Row 500/400m at that point partners will switch. While partner 1 is rowing partner 2 is working on the shuttle runs. Partner 2 will then row 500/400m while partner 1 works on shuttles. Once the shuttles are done start on the farmers carries. Only switching when the rower partners completes their 500/400m row. workout is over when all movements are accumulated.
