Side lunge w/foot drag down/back 2x

then

slAMRAP 4 Minutes

10 KB Swings

10 Burpees

Deadlift (5 reps EMOM for 5 min @ 70%)

all reps will be touch go, if last week was easy, bump up 10-15lbs
