8x concentration curls each side

12x tricep push downs

8x Barbell Drag curls

12x DB pull overs *burn out some chest press before setting that DB down
Concentration curls:

L arm hold DB at 90* while R arm does reps

R arm holds DB at 90* while L arm does reps
